Prior to the end of your lease term, you will receive your lease renewal options. If you choose not to renew, we require a 60-day written Notice to Vacate.

Gross income, per apartment, must have a rent to income ratio no greater than 40%. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.

State Street Flats Apartments proudly offers maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Resident safety is a priority at State Street Flats. Our community is gated and offers controlled access onto the premises.

State Street Flats may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our amenities any time!
